Total Office was established in 1989 as a stationary and office equipment supplier. The Company found early success in this area and rapidly established a reputation for excellent service, quality products and good pricing.

In 1996, Steelcase Inc, the largest manufacturer of Office Furniture in the world, selected Total Office to be its sole dealership in Trinidad and Tobago. In the subsequent years, Total Office has become a leader in the Office Furniture industry in Trinidad & Tobago and one of the largest dealers in the Caribbean. 

 

Total Office offers the full range of Steelcase products, including its line of Technology Products, Nurture Healthcare products and products for learning environments.

In April 2010, Total Office established a subsidiary in Barbados and purchased the Steelcase Dealership Rights from the existing Steelcase dealer. Total Office Barbados commenced operations shortly after the purchase and has established a new showroom and warehouse in Warrens. Total Office Barbados also offers the full range of Total Office products.

 

Subsequently, Total Office established subsidiaries in Guyana and St. Lucia and has developed relationships in nearly all its non-presence territories: Suriname, Grenada, St. Vincent, Dominica, St. Kitts, and Anguilla.

In recent years, Total Office has further expanded its scope with the addition of flooring products, window treatments, new storage options, wire management systems and a host of other Brands. These additions significantly broadened the company’s range in the commercial office environment.

Today, Total Office is a full range, Southern Caribbean, Commercial Office Products dealership.
